Chicken Nuggets:
Ingredients:
Oil
Salt and Pepper 1/4 tsp
Milk 1 tsp
Egg 1
Bread Crumbs 1.5 Cups
Yogurt 1 tbsp.
Powdered Red Chilli 1/2 tsp
Powdered Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Boneless Chicken 250 g
How to Cook:
- Make cubes of the chicken.
- Add all the above mentioned ingredients except egg, milk and crumbs in the chicken and mix it and marinate it for an hour.
- Now beat an egg with 1 tsp of milk.
- Season it with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In another plate put some bread crumbs.
- Now dip the marinated chicken cubes in mixture of egg and milk and then pass it through the bread crumbs in the plate.
- Deep fry the chicken on medium heat until it becomes golden in colour.
- After that put it out and serve it with ketchup or sauce you want.
