Grilled Kebabs:
Ingredients:
Mutton or beef mince 1 kgBread slices 2
Cumin seed powder 1 tbsp (roasted)
Green chilies 8-10
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 1 small
Raw papaya (skinned, paste) 2 tbsp
Lemon 1
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Pounded chili 1/2 tsp
All spices powder 1/2 tsp
Pepri powder 1/2 tsp
Kabab cheni 1/2 tsp
How to Cook:
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor and chop.
- After chopping, marinate the material in the fridge for an hour.
- Make flat shaped kebabs from the material and then grill it on the coal one by one.
- Serve the Kebabs with paratha or Naan as you like.
